A little Birdie Told Me Card

So I am back to show you my card for Classy Girl's Card Sketch Challenge. I hard a time trying to find the strips I used at the bottom.  Mixing patterns has always been a challenge for me since I am more of a clean and simple card maker.  But stepping out of your box is good!! Below is the sketch and my card.  The challenge is open until next Monday so you still have time to play along.

Hello I am back with another card that I made for iclassygirl's sketch challenge #4. I was in a hurry and this was last minute for me so the picture is not that great.  I like the brown and blue combination.  Below is the sketch and my take on it. 

August 2012 Card Swap

So I decided to host one of the monthly card swaps on SOC. All the cards in the swap had to focus on the color purple. They could be any kind of kind but they had to be purple. There were two groups of participants so this video are the results from group 2. I hope you enjoy the cards they were amazing!!!

Classy Card Chellenge #3

Okay so this sketch was pretty easy. And to top it off I just used some scraps to make most of the card. Not a very good picture but hey its late and I am tired. As soon as I finish posting its off to bed for me!!! So without further a due lets get to it. This is the third challenge from Classy Girl for the card sketch challenge. I forgot to mention that I was the winner for the 2nd challenge. Yeah!!! I will put up my winner badge in a few days. Like I said I'm sleepy!! Here's the card for this week:

Mixing It Up a Bit

Okay I am really more of a CAS card maker. CAS is short for clean and simple. But I love the look of different patterns also I just don't put them together that well. I have been working on that though!! Here is my version of working on it. Next I need to add in different colors. Patterns and colors oh my its going to be mind boggling...lol This card is being entered in Classy Card Challenge #2. Enjoy

New Start

Wow I can't believe its been 5 months since I posted. I am going to try and do better. There is no excuse for my laziness. Today I created a card to enter into tow challenges. The first challenge is called the Leftover Challenge on SOC. You could not use anything new not even for the card base. I have so much stuff that I could make a card a day for at least a year and still have stuff leftover!! I am also entering this card on the Classy Card Sketch Challenge. I had fun with this one and I used one of my favorite color combinations. I really like the purples, golds, and maroons. It says to me fall is coming. To end I am putting in writing that I am going to post at least once a week until the end of the year! Now that its official who's gonna hold me to it??!!!
